WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept Paypal payment and Credit Card / Bankcard Payment.
Advantages with using Paypal:Payment is traceable. You can trace the status of your payment using your PayPal account. Cyanxiii.com doesn't receive your credit card number or bank information (it is safely encrypted through PayPal's server), which limits the risk of unauthorized use.

Orders and Returns

I RECEIVED MY ORDER AND IT'S INCORRET! WHAT DO I DO?
We apologise and would like to make it up to you. Please contact us  as soon as possible with your order number and an image or detailed description of the incorrect item(s) you received. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label and returns authorisation form to send back your unwanted item(s). A replacement order will be shipped to you immediately.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
An email address is all you need to start the order process. We recommend that you register for a CYANXIII account so that you can start adding your favourite pieces to your wishlist and easily place an order.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Unfortunately we can’t make adjustments to an order once it has been confirmed. All is not lost though! As long as your order has not been shipped you can contact us within 12 hours to cancel your original order. Then you can go back and place a new order. However, if your order has already been shipped, best to follow our regular returns process.
